Ingredients:

1/4 cup Currants
1/4 cup Low Cal. Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Celery Seeds
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
4 cups Shredded Green Cabbage
1/2 cup Shredded Carrot (1 Medium)
1/2 cup Finely Slivered Green
1/8 teaspoon Pepper to taste
1/2 large Pepper
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
4 teaspoon Low Cal. Mayonnaise
1 tablespoons Minced Onion
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper To Taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. In a small bowl combine cabbage, carrot and green pepper. 2. In a separate bow combine vingegar, mayonnaise, minced onion, lemon juice, sugar and celery seed. 3. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Pour dressing over vegetable, toss to coat and chill for at least 2 hours.
