Beef Cobbler

1/2 pound flour
1 cup milk
1/4 Cup butter
1 pound minced beef
2 medium carrots
1 can chopped tomatoes, or whole plum tomatoes pureed
1 medium Onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 pound mushrooms
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Preparation / Directions:

Fry the beef, onion, mushrooms and garlic together. Add tomatoes, grated carrots, paprika and basil. Mix the flour, milk, butter and mixed herbs together to form a dough. Put the beef mixture in an oven proof dish. Divide dough into small balls and place on top of beef. Cook in a medium oven for half an hour.
