1 medium Mango, peeled and diced
1/8 Cup Red pepper, diced
1/4 tablespoons Ginger, minced
1 ounces Honey, liquid
1/2 tablespoons Mint leaves, dry

Preparation / Directions:

NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish! Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes. Thats it!
