1 can cream-style corn
1 can milk
1 medium potato -- (cubed)
1/2 small onion -- (diced)
5 strips bacon -- (cooked and crumbled)
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

Preparation / Directions:

In a small pan boil potato and onion til tender about 5 min In med. pan heat remaining ingredients Drain potato and onion, add to med. pan Add salt and pepper This can be doubled or tripled. You can add beans,zuccini,chicken, whatever. Sometimes when I am cooking the bacon I will add some of the onion to the pan to carmalize. This is great with garlic bread.
