Preparation / Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine mix, cocoa, milk, vanilla and egg at low speed until well blended and dough forms. By hand, stir in chocolate covered raisins and nuts.** Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 13 to 15 minutes or until firm to touch. Remove from cookie sheets; sprinkle with powdered sugar. 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
TIP:* Cocolate covered peanuts can be substituted for chocolate covered raisins; omit chopped nuts. ** Chill dough for 1 hour for easier handling, if desired.
