1 package lemon gelatine
1 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg white
1 package oreo cookies -- ground

Preparation / Directions:

Dissolve the gelatine in the boiling water and add the lemon rind and the lemon juice. Add the condensed milk and chill until slightly thickened. Whip the egg white and fold into the lemon gelatine. Alternate layers of gelatine and the ground cookies in fancy cups. Chill until firm Graca Castro Cardinelli
