Preparation / Directions:
Dip a matzo in wine on both sides, and place on serving dish. Spread with soft chocolate frosting. Repeat layers, ending with matzo. Melt chips with margarine and water. Frost top and sides of torte. Decorate with chopped nuts. Chill. SOFT CHOCOLATE FROSTING: Mix sugar, starch, and salt, add boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil, boil one minute and remove from heat. Stir in chips until smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Spread while warm.
