Chocolate Icing

Ingredients:

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
 

Preparation / Directions:

Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over a low flame. Remove from flame and stir in sugar and water. Beat until smooth.
