Chocolate Fondue

12 ounces milk chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
1/2 cup toasted almonds -- chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 package angel food cake squares
1 can pineapple chunks -- chilled and drained
1 can mandarin oranges -- chilled and drained
2 medium sliced bananas -- chilled
1 pint strawberries -- chilled

Preparation / Directions:

1. Combine chocolate, cream, orange liqueur, almonds and honey in saucepan; heat slowly until chocolate is melted, stirring well. 2. Place In fondue pot over low flame. 3. Arrange cake squares, pineapple, oranges, bananas (dip in sugar water to prevent browning) and strawberries on a platter or in small bowls. 4. To eat fondue, spear pieces of fruit and cake onto fondue forks and dip into warm chocolate mixture.
