4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
5 ounces evaporated milk
2 large eggs
1 crust pie shell 8 inch

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and beat in sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla and evaporated milk. Beat eggs to mix well and add to cocoa mixture; mix well. Pour into prepared pie shells and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
