Chocolate Bliss

Ingredients:


1 1/4 Cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 Cup canola oil

1 Cup sugar

2 packages pre-melted unsweetened chocolate

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla OR chocolate extract

3/4 Cup water

1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips -- (6 oz pkg)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Center rack in oven and preheat to 350°. Lightly grease and flour a 9" square pan. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, with a wire whisk, beat oil, sugar, chocolate, egg, extract and water until smooth. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread chocolate chips on hot cake and smooth with spatula. Cool in pan. Cut into 12 squares.
