Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter -- softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 oz.)
2 packages confectioners sugar -- (16 oz.)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups chopped walnuts
2 packages semisweet chocolate morsels -- (12 oz.)
4 ounces paramount crystals -- or shredded baking wax
1 crust deep dish pie crust
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 medium bananas -- sliced
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 package vanilla flavor instant pudding and pief illing -- (4 serving)
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping -- thawed
1 Cup shredded coconut -- toasted
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine butter and milk until smooth. 2. Stir in sugar, salt, vanilla, then walnuts. Roll into one-inch-balls. Place candy on waxed paper. 3. Chill until firm. 4. In a medium pan, melt chocolate and Crystals for 4-5 min. over low heat. Dip balls into chocolate, coating evenly. Return to waxed paper. Store in refrigerator.
