Ingredients:


400 gram fresh bean curd in clear water

2 cloves garlic -- crushed

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon cornstarch
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute. Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornstarch. Boil together. Serve hot.
