Sesame Udang Toast(Sesame Prawns On Toast)

150 gram prawns
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 slices white bread
2 Cup oil for deep frying

Preparation / Directions:

Grind all the ingredients except the oil and bread into a paste. Remove the crusts from the bread (optional). With a spatula, spread the mixture on the bread and sprinkle some sesame seeds over the top. Deep fry with the prawns face down.
