Green Pak Choy (Chinese Cabbage) With Soy Sauce

1 pound green bok choy
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves sliced garlic

Preparation / Directions:

Wash bok choy and drain well. Heat oil and add the garlic then the bok choy. Stir constantly until the bok choy changes color. Add the soy sauce to taste. Serve hot.
