Ed's Teriyaki Sauce - The Best

1 large flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder or salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
3/4 cup salad oil

Preparation / Directions:

Mix and blend well at low speed for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture over the steak. Turn in the mixture and refrigerate over night. Turn over in the morning. Marinate about 24 hrs. Charcoal broil 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare. Slice into thin strips across the grain.
