Cantonese Dinner

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds pork steak -- (cut in strips)

2 tablespoons oil

1 large onion -- sliced

1 small green pepper -- sliced

4 ounces mushrooms -- drained

8 ounces tomato sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown pork in oil. Put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook 6-8 hours on low. Serve over rice.
