|A friend of mine recently had laser surgery to activate his lifelong dormant taste buds, and he asked me to guide him towards pleasure. He took one bite of this chili and wept.|
Preparation / Directions:
brown bacon, and use bacon grease to brown sirloin. sautee onions and green pepper in butter. combine fresh tomatoes, jalepenos, and garlic in a blender to puree form. combine all ingredients in crockpot, and cook for 7-10 hours until sirloin is very tender. i recommend serving over cornbread, although some like serving over white rice. oyster crackers, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and sour cream make wonderful condiments, and i encourage you to use them.
this chili is might nutritional, not to mention the best tastin' stuff this side of topeka.
