1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 medium lemon grass heart
3 teaspoons minced red chili peppers
3 teaspoons seasoning sauce

Preparation / Directions:

1. in a small bowl, comine olive oil, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, lemon grass heart and minced red chili peppers. 2. mix together well. 3. add seasoning sauce a little bit at a time while checking flavor. 4. chill.
