5 pound Ground lean beef
6 medium Chopped onions
6 cloves Garlic, minced
24 ounces can of tomato sauce
18 ounces can of tomato paste
3 quarts tomato juice
9 tablespoons Chili powder
4 tablespoons Vinegar
4 tablespoons Brown sugar
4 tablespoons Ground cumin
2 teaspoon Each: majorum, coriander
1/2 teaspoon Ground pepper
4 pieces bay leaves
1 Dash cinnamon, cayenne
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 dash hot sauce
1 dash ms dash
1 dash white wine
1 dash spaghetti sauce

Preparation / Directions:

In very large pot, brown beef, onions and garlic; drain off fat. Add remainder of ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for several hours, stirring occasionally. Great served with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion toppings.
