Austin Chili

Ingredients:

4 pound Ground round
28 Ounces Stewed tomatoes
2 Large onions
4 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Flour
2 can Ranch beans
1/2 cup Chili powder
12 Ounces Beer
2 Tablespoon Oregano
2 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Cayenne
2 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Brown meat and add ingredients, except for beans. Simmer for two hours and then add beans before serving.
