Preparation / Directions:Rinse kidney beans and chickpeas to remove salt. Set
aside. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.
Add beans, chickpeas, and remaining ingredients and
bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes (or longer)
until thick.
