2 large Onions, chopped
4 Cloves garlic minced
2 Teaspoon salt
4 cup Tomatoes, chopped (fresh/peeled or canned)
1/4 cup Red wine
2 tablespoons chopped chipotle chili
2 tablespoons -vinegar (wine, cider, rice)
8 ounces tomato paste
45 Ounces tomato sauce
32 ounces stewed tomatoes
1 medium Green pepper (diced)
1 medium Onion (diced)
3 medium Jalepeno peppers (diced)
1 pound Ground beef or sliced steak
2 teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon -cayenne pepper to taste
1 can Kidney beans

Preparation / Directions:

Brown beef, peppers, and onion. Drain off any grease. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Add the beans last. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to VERY low. cook with the lid off an Hour. Then cook 1 hour with the lid on. Cook on VERY low!
