Ingredients:


3 cups steak -- cubed

3 cups diced tomato

3 cups tomato puree

2 1/2 cups onion

1 cup celery -- diced

1 cup carrots -- diced

1 cup green pepper -- diced

1 1/2 cups red beans

2 tablespoons garlic

1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoons cumin

3/4 teaspoon white pepper

3/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 medium a fresh jalapeno pepper

3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup beef stock

1 cup beer
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown meat in pot. Add vegetables, spices, and liquids. Simmer three to four hours. Diane Geary
