Preparation / Directions:
Prepare broccoli according to package. Place chicken in covered dish and microwave on medium heat 8-10 minutes until no longer pink. In medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Take a large baking dish and butter the bottom and sides. Sprinkle the chopped onion in the bottom of the dish. Then add the drained broccoli. Place the partially cooked chicken on the broccoli. Pour the soup mixture on top of the chicken. Spread the cheese on top. Layer the croutons on top of the cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, then remove the cover and bake for another 5 minutes, allowing the croutons to brown. Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. The cheese and soup should be bubbly.
