Spicy Cheddar and Chicken Burritos

Ingredients:


17 ounces Ragu Cheese Creations! Spicy Cheddar and Tomato Pasta Sauce divided

15 ounces black beans or red kidney beans rinsed and drained

8 ounces shredded cooked chicken

1 cup cooked rice

8 tortillas flour tortillas -- (8-inch)

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- (about 2 ounces)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups Ragu Cheese Creations!, beans, chicken and rice. Evenly spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto tortillas, then roll. In 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, arrange tortillas; top with remaining Pasta Sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are heated through. Serve, if desired, with shredded lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
