Sooz's Coconut Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:


4 medium chicken breast halves without skin

2 Tablespoons cooking oil

2 tablespoons cooking sherry

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 cup coconut milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together oil, sherry, soy sauce, ground ginger and coconut milk. Marinate chicken breasts in above ingredients. Cook breasts on grill. Heat remaining marinade and serve with chicken and rice.
