Overnight Turkey Chili (No Beans)

Ingredients:


2 medium Turkey thighs, skinned and cubed

8 ounces Sliced tomatoes -- chopped

1/4 Cup Cilantro leaves -- chopped

1 tablespoons Cocoa powder -- plain

2 teaspoon Cumin seeds

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 medium Garlic, clove -- minced

2 medium Green peppers -- seeded and chopped

3 medium Peppers, jalepeno --

1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin -- or 1 T chili
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in single serving portions if desired.
