Raspberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:


4 cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens

2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed or shredded

1 cup raspberries*

1/3 cup celery -- thinly sliced

1/4 cup toasted almonds -- sliced

---Raspberry Dressing

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Toss salad greens, chicken, raspberries and celery; sprinkle with sliced almonds. Serve with Raspberry Dressing and pepper. 4 servings *Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries can be substituted for the fresh raspberries.
