Preparation / Directions:1. Coat chicken on each side with flour. Melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes, turning to brown both sides lightly. Add wine, capers and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle parsley over top. | |||||||||
