Chicken Curry

Ingredients:


1 package tuna helper mix for creamy pasta

3 1/4 cups boiling water

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons margarine or butter

2 cups chicken cut-up cooked

2 teaspoons curry powder

1/2 cup green onions Chopped

1/2 cup flaked coconut

1/2 cup peanuts chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix uncooked pasta, sauce mix and remaining ingredients except peanuts in ungreased 2-quart casserole or rectangular baking dish. Cover and bake about 30 minutes or until pasta is tender; stir. Let stand uncovered 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with green onion.
