Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients:


6 pieces tostada shells (6 inches in diameter)

16 ounces refried black beans

1 1/2 cups chicken or turkey cut-up cooked

1 cup salsa

1 medium avocado

1 tablespoons Lemon juice

3/4 cup Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese shredded

2 medium tomatoes diced

3 cups lettuce shredded , if desired
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Heat tostada shells as directed on package. Heat beans in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Heat chicken and salsa in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. 2. Peel avocado and cut lenthwise into slices; sprinkle with lemon juice. 3. Spread beans and chicken mixture over tostada shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with tomatoes, avocado and lettuce.
