Chicken Cacciatore Meatballs

Ingredients:


1 pound ground chicken or turkey

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons parsley chopped fresh

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bottle Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken - Cacciatore

1 package hot cooked spaghetti
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add sauce. Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
