cherry's lemon pepper chicken

5 pounds frozen chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
3 Tablespoons Tonys seasoning
1 medium lemon (peels only)
3 Tablespoons lemon pepper seasonong (your chioce)
2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large oven bag
1 stalk celery (optional)

Preparation / Directions:

First thoroughly wash the chicken. Place each breast on a rolled out piece of parchment paper. In a small bowl mix the seasonings together. Take lemon peels and grate them very finely in mixture. Put all of mixture in a shaker and shake over chicken, make sure to sprinkle both sides. Prepare oven bag. Place each breast in the bag flat. Place celery stalks in bag generously and tie bag. Bake at 350 for 2 hours for some tender and juicy lemon pepper chicken. Let cool in bag for 20 minutes before opening bag to maintain more taste. ENJOY (5 ADULT SERVINGS)
