The best fried chicken you've ever had!
 

Ingredients:


4 pounds breast boneless/skinless chicken.

1 bottle Italian dressing(KRAFT).

---Inject chicken with seringe with Italian dressing. With remainder of bottle, marinaid 4-24 hours.

1 cup butter flavored Crisco to mid heat.

---Cook until tinder. If cooking deep frying, cook until chicken floats to top.
 

Preparation / Directions:


For pan frying, let pan heat for 10 -15 minutes. For deep frying, let greese reach a temp of 300 - 350 degrees.
