Ginger's Chicken and Rice

Streach those food dollars. I have been known to feed 20 people with 1/2 a chicken and no one left the table hungry. This is tasty cold also.
 

Ingredients:


1 large Chicken

1 Cup Rice

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil what chicken you have in a pot of water, when it is done remove the skin and bone and put the chicken back into the pot...Add Rice and cook til done ( don't stir much or it will be gooey )... Add salt to taste and a little more pepper than to tast
