Park's Grilled Butterflied Chicken

Ingredients:

4 pound chicken
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Butterfly by removing the backbone. Wash well and pat dry with paper towel.

2. Rub generously with olive oil. Sprinkle to cover with paprika, garlic salt and pepper.

3. Preheat grill to 350 deg. Place chicken breast side up, in indirect heat.

4. Cook for about 1 hr. until golden brown and internal temp. of 180 deg. Enjoy!!!
