Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients:


2 package stuffing mix

---Mix together:

4 cups shredded zucchini

1 cup sour cream

1 can boneless chicken

1 medium Onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Layer half of the stuffing mix in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add zucchini mixture and top with the remaining stuffing. Bake covered for 1 hr. at 350. Uncover and let stand a few min. before serving.
