Ingredients:

1 medium Chicken -- cut up
3/4 cup Peanut butter -- chunky
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Ginger, minced -- fresh
1/8 cup Water -- warm
1 1/2 teaspoons Chili paste
1 teaspoon Honey
3 medium Scallions -- chopped
1/8 Cup Soy oil
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix all ingredients except chicken to make sauce. Alternate adding soy oil and water to finish. Brown chicken 10 minutes each side at 400 degrees. Coat with sauce and make at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
