Ingredients:

1 loaf bread-shredded
1 large egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 small onion-minced (or diced if you like bigger pieces)
1 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients except butter in bowl. Mix really well (honestly your hands work best for this.). Melt butter in frying pan and add as much of the bread mixture as possible. Fry until golden brown. Repeat with any leftover bread mixture. You can also double, triple, or half this recipe really easily.
