Spicy Chicken Bake

4 medium chicken breast halves -- skinned
1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz.)
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried whole oregano
1 teaspoon seasoning blend
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- (4 oz.)

Preparation / Directions:

Place chicken in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, mixing well; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with cheese; bake, uncovered, an additional or until cheese melts.
