ROAST TURKEY

Ingredients:

12 pound turkey
3 teaspoons Black pepper
3 teaspoons Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix salt and pepper together. Sprinkle outside and inside of turkey completely with mix. Place turkey in a large roasting pan with wings tucked under back, and breast-side up. Cover with aluminum foil and roast about 25 minutes to a pound, or 5 to 6 hours. Check every hour, when legs easily move up and down, it is done. If using stuffing, add stuffing before cooking.
