Rice Polaf Salad

Ingredients:


2 Cup Turkey, cooked and diced

1 1/2 Cup Brown rice, cooked

1 Cup Garbanzo beans, cooked

1 Cup Red kidney beans, cooked

2 medium apples, cored and chopped

1/2 Cup Celery, sliced

1 medium Green pepper, chopped

1/2 Cup Plain green olives, sliced

1/4 Cup Green onion, sliced

1/4 Cup Parsley, diced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
