Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons garlic
1 cup onion
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons turmeric
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
4 medium chicken leg quarter
 

Preparation / Directions:

combine sauce ingredients-mix well pour over chicken cover and chill for 8-12 hours, turning often drain well grill chicken for 40 minutes, basting often or roast @ 400 degrees for 35 minutes, turning and basting often arrange onto a serving platter garnish as desired serve hot
