Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

2 pieces chicken legs and thighs
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place chicken in small baking dish and season. Mix melted butter with orange juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. bake 15 minutes at 350. Turn and baste with juice mixture. Broil for 15 minutes or until chicken is crisp and tender.
