1 whole fryer cut into pieces
1/4 cup olive oil or salad oil
1 small onion
1 cup water
3 tablespoons italian seasoning

Preparation / Directions:

In a large baking dish, arrange chicken pieces. Pour on oil, rubbing on chicken pieces so all are well covered. Sprinkle with onions and Mama Pizzolato's Italian Seasoning. Pour water around the sides of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is tender and golden brow
