Lemon Garlic Chicken

2 whole chicken breasts -- skinned and boned (2 to 3)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1 medium lemon - juiced

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat microwave browning dish on high for 10 minutes. In meanwhile, season chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper. When grill is hot, add a tiny bit of olive oil and then quickly add the chicken breasts and cook on high for 3 minutes. Turn over the chicken. Microwave on high for another 2-4 minutes, or until done. Leave chicken on pan while you prepare the sauce by heating the butter and garlic in a measuring cup on high for 30-40 seconds. When hot and garlic has softened, squeeze in the lemon juice. Pour over the chicken and serve.
