Preparation / Directions:
Place chicken in shallow dish. Combine all ingredients, pour over both sides
of chicken. Cover and refrigderate, fish up to 2 hours and chicken overnight
if you wish. Grill covered or broil about 10 min. each side until done, serve
Garlic-herb marinade for chicken or fish:
Prepare marinade as above, omitting cumin and using only 1/2 teaspoon black
pepper. Add 1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme or 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/2
teaspoon minced fresh rosemary.
