Fruity Bbq Chicken

Ingredients:


1 medium chicken -- cut up

8 ounces russian dressing -- (kraft)

1 package onion soup mix

10 ounces apricot preserves

1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 dash pepper

2 cups chopped cooked chicken

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 1/2 cups strawberry halves

1 cup green grapes

1 cup celery slices

1 bunch lettuce

1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rinse and remove skin from chicken pieces. Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix dressing, soup mix, and preserves and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with potatoes or rice and a green salad.
