Ingredients:

2 medium onions -- chopped and sauteed in butter
2 whole chicken breasts -- lightly grilled, cut into cubes
2 cups monterey jack cheese -- grated
2 cups cut corn
1 medium jalapeno -- finely chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine the ingredients and use as a stuffing.
